3rd Graders Passings Tests and loving books!

In this Column, it describes how a 3rd Grade English and Writing teacher wants her students to have fun with reading!  The teacher, Jeni Ernsthausen wants her students to like to read, not just feel like they are told what to do!  In this Column it says, "She also has a very good handle on something the state’s not measuring at all: not just if her students can read, but if they will read."  This shows that the teacher not only wants the students to read but she wants them to enjoy and embrace it!  She does all of this so the students will love to read when they are older and this will help a lot of their knowledge.  This will also show the student that they will be capable of whatever they put their mind too!
